Reflection
For a outcome of this project I want for people out there to know that bipolar disorder can be serious and not something to joke about. This is a important issues that happens to several people and it puts their life at risk because later on the would like commit suicide and that is very dangerous. That if you know a person that has bipolar disorder that you should treat them with respect and help them out because they go through more than you think they do.

What I have learned so far:
This past month I have been researching about Bipolar Disorder, and i learned that it's basically a depression that you can suffer when you stress a lot. It makes you change your moods, you can go from very happy but like scary happy that everyone notices how extremely happy you're. Also you can get mad or all depressed looking. this a very interesting disorder, it's very common amongst teens because of all the changes the have to adapt to and also stress can cause it. but maybe you can get it from your own family, as it can run in your family. It's when your brain doesn't know what to do and it changes your moods. That's what I have learned so far.

Why I choose this topic:
The reason why I chose bipolar disorder is because I always hear people saying "you're bipolar" whenever you go from being happy to sad or mad. Then I found out that it was a real disorder from a TV show I watched. So I decided to take a closer look and learn from it to know exactly what it is, how you can get it, also how to control it, and live a daily life with it.
Bipolar disorder also known as manic-depressive, is a disorder in your brain that causes unusual mood shifts, changes your energy, activity levels, and also makes it hard for you to have a normal day. The symptoms for this disorder are severe; they’re not like the normal ups and downs that people go through. The symptoms can cause a big result on your life by damaging relationships, problems at work, if you’re in school it can cause problems on your daily learning procedure, or the worst it can cause someone to commit suicide. The good thing is that now you can treat it, and people with it can have a productive live.
